4. Coconut

This fruit has been well known for its countless benefits. And one of this is its essential fats, minerals and protein contents that help one’s hair grow. It reduces hair breakage and can also be used to prevent hair loss. You can try this treatment by massaging coconut extract on your hair and let it stay overnight. Wash off your hair the next morning with lukewarm water.
